The AIRS assessment is designed exclusively for personal development and organizational learning. The goal is to help individuals understand their relationship with AI technology and to help organizations identify areas where they can better support their workforce.
Organizational reports present assessment data at a group level only. Individual responses, scores, typologies, comments, and personal results are not disclosed to organization administrators. Reports identify organizational patterns rather than evaluate individuals. Aggregation alone does not guarantee anonymity, especially in small groups.
Overview
AIRS Enterprise ("we", "our", or "the application") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our AI Readiness Scale (AIRS-16) assessment platform.
The AIRS platform helps individuals and organizations understand their relationship with AI technology through a scientifically validated 16-question assessment. Understanding your data rights is essential to building trust, and we are transparent about our data practices.

Information We Collect
When you sign in with Microsoft or Google, we receive account data supplied by that identity provider, such as:
- Display name and email address
- A provider-specific account identifier
- Organization or tenant information when supplied by Microsoft
- Profile photo, job title, and department when made available by your provider
Provider data supports sign-in and personalization. Profile fields also help administrators manage members and filtering organizational reports.
When you complete the AIRS-16 assessment:
- Your responses to 16 agreement-scale statements
- Scores across eight AI readiness constructs
- Overall AIRS score (8-40)
- Typology classification and persona
- Timestamp and completion duration
- Career-context responses
- Optional open-ended comments
Assessment data is linked to your account so you can track progress over time.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, improve, and personalize the AIRS assessment experience:
Secure sign-in through Microsoft or Google
Generate personalized scores and insights
Review changes in your results over time
Compare aggregated results across groups within your organization
Suggest resources based on your profile
Use aggregated, de-identified data to study AI adoption patterns
Data Storage and Security
Completed assessments are stored on the server in Azure PostgreSQL. Draft answers are saved in this browser so you can resume. Browser drafts are not encrypted by AIRS; avoid leaving them on shared devices. The controls below describe server configuration, not protection applied to browser drafts.

Data Residency
Server-side assessment data is stored in Azure data centers. Browser drafts remain on the device where you started the assessment. Contact your organization administrator to discuss residency requirements.
Your Rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, or other changes to how your personal data is processed. Requests are reviewed according to applicable requirements; some requests need human review.

How to exercise your rights: If you belong to an organization, contact your organization administrator privately to request access, correction, deletion, or a machine-readable copy of your data. Ask the administrator how your request will be handled. Some requests may be subject to legal retention requirements. Do not include personal or assessment information in a public GitHub issue.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
Your data may only be shared in the following limited circumstances:
Organization Administrators
Organization reporting provides aggregate assessment results only. Administrators can view authorized profile and membership details, and how many assessments each member has completed, to help manage membership. Individual responses, scores, typologies, comments, and personal results are not disclosed to organization administrators.
Academic Research
Research may use aggregated, de-identified data to study AI adoption patterns. Removing direct identifiers does not guarantee that an individual cannot be identified from context.
Service Providers
We use Microsoft Azure to host and operate the platform, including Azure OpenAI to process assessment context, comments, and clarification responses for personal playbooks. Organization reports show aggregate multiple-choice career goals and concerns; they do not summarize free-text comments. Avoid including sensitive personal or work information in free-text responses.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of AIRS, our users, or the public.
Informed Consent
Before starting the AIRS assessment, you are presented with an informed consent page that clearly explains:
- The importance of honest responses for meaningful results
- Our commitment that assessment data will not be used for performance management
- How your data will be collected, stored, and used
- Your rights regarding your assessment data
- The voluntary nature of the assessment
You must acknowledge and agree to these terms before proceeding with the assessment. You can review this Privacy Policy at any time.
Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy:
Assessment Data
Retained for as long as your account is active, allowing you to track progress over time.
Account Information
Removing your organization membership does not delete your AIRS account. You can request account deletion separately through your organization administrator.
De-identified Research Data
De-identified data may be retained indefinitely for research purposes.
Deletion Requests
Contact your organization administrator privately to request deletion and confirm the scope, applicable retention requirements, and timing. Submitting a request does not automatically delete your data.
Research Foundation
The AIRS-16 instrument is based on doctoral research conducted by Dr. Fabio Correa at Touro University Worldwide. The assessment methodology builds upon the established UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) framework and has been validated through empirical research involving hundreds of participants.
The eight constructs measured by AIRS-16 give a multidimensional view of AI readiness. The AIRS typology system offers practical insights for individuals, while organizational dashboards report only aggregated assessment patterns.

For privacy questions or data-rights requests, use a private contact path. Do not post personal or assessment information in a public GitHub issue.
Organization Members
Contact your organization administrator privately for privacy questions or to submit a data-rights request.
Personal Accounts
If you do not belong to an organization, a private data-rights request channel is not yet available. We will add one and note it here when it is ready.
Ask your organization administrator to confirm how to submit your request privately and how you will receive updates. Do not send sensitive information until that path is confirmed.
Optional Usage Analytics
AIRS uses the first-party CorreaX Constellation Tracker only after you explicitly allow analytics. It records aggregate page-view activity and a small set of product events, to help us understand which parts of the application are used: sign-in completed; assessment started; assessment completed (recorded only as a score band and readiness profile, never your raw score); personal playbook generated; and playbook downloaded.
A tracker event may contain the page path, referrer domain, campaign tags, and screen width. The tracker sets no cookies and performs no cross-site tracking; visitor identity is derived server-side with a daily-rotating secret, so visits cannot be linked across days. The tracker does not receive your identity, email, authentication token, organization data, assessment answers, raw AIRS scores, or free-text responses.
Tracker data is retained for 365 days. You can decline before any tracker request is sent, or choose Withdraw analytics later from the analytics preferences control. Signing in does not grant analytics consent.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- For material changes, we will provide prominent notice within the application
- We may notify you via email for significant changes affecting your rights
- Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance
