What is AIRS-16?

The AI Readiness Scale (AIRS-16) is a psychometrically validated instrument that measures your readiness to adopt AI tools in the workplace. Based on UTAUT2 theory and validated with 523 participants, it provides actionable insights in just 5 minutes.

Sign-In Options

Sign in with your preferred provider. Your account is linked by email address, so you can use any provider and still access the same data. Enterprise users typically use Microsoft for seamless SSO integration.

Your browser language is auto-detected and pre-selected for PDF reports. Your organization may also be auto-detected from your email domain (e.g., @company.com).

The 8 AIRS Constructs
Each construct measures a different dimension of AI readiness. Your results show strengths and growth areas across all eight dimensions.
Performance ExpectancyPE
Belief that AI will help you achieve gains in job performance. Higher scores indicate confidence that AI tools will make your work better.
Effort ExpectancyEE
Perceived ease of use of AI systems. Higher scores mean you find AI tools intuitive and easy to learn.
Social InfluenceSI
Degree to which colleagues and leadership encourage AI adoption. A key predictor of actual adoption behavior.
Facilitating ConditionsFC
Availability of organizational resources, training, and technical support for AI tool usage.
Hedonic MotivationHM
Enjoyment and curiosity when exploring AI capabilities. Strong predictor of sustained engagement.
Price ValuePV
Perceived benefit relative to effort invested. The strongest predictor (β=.505) of adoption intention.
HabitHB
Extent to which AI use has become automatic and routine in your daily workflow.
AI TrustTR
Confidence in AI reliability, accuracy, and appropriate use of your data.
User Roles
Your role determines what features you can access. Most users are Participants who take assessments and view their own results.
👤 Participant

Take assessments, view personal results, download PDF reports, and track your progress over time. This is the default role for all users.

✨ Founder

The user who created the organization. Founders are flagged for easy identification and can be promoted to Admin by a Super Admin.

🛡️ Admin

Full access to organization features: dashboard analytics, member management, invitation tools, and organization settings.

👑 Super Admin

Platform-wide access to all organizations, user management, cross-org analytics, and system configuration including AI prompts.
