Questions about AIRS
Is AIRS a test of AI skills?
No. AIRS-16 is a self-report assessment of your expectations, experience and attitudes toward AI at work. Your profile covers eight dimensions, including usefulness, ease of use, support and trust. It does not test your technical AI skills.
How long does the assessment take?
Allow about 5 minutes. The assessment includes 16 statements about AI at work. Then come questions about your career goals and concerns, plus an optional comment.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign in with a Microsoft or Google account before starting. Use the same account later to revisit your saved results.
What do my results tell me?
You receive an AIRS score from 8 to 40, a profile across eight dimensions and your personal playbook. Use the profile to identify where practice or support may help. Retaking the assessment shows how your responses change over time. It does not prove that an action caused the change.
What is AIRS-16 based on?
AIRS-16 is a validated assessment developed through doctoral research. Its suggested actions are practitioner-developed guidance, not independently validated intervention packages. Review recommendations in the context of your work.
